How to Have the Energy to Power Through the Holidays

The holidays can be an exciting time. Parties, shopping, and visiting friends and family all throughout the season are just some of the activities folks of all ages enjoy. 

However, you might find yourself feeling more tired and run down than usual. Perhaps you think there is no hope and you're doomed to feel exhausted until the season is over. It stands to reason that to have enough energy to make it through the day, you should give your body the rest it needs. How much sleep you personally require is different for every adult. According to research, most adults need anywhere from 7 to 9 hours of rest every night.

We all need an energy boost at one time or another in order to make it through to the end of the day.
