Warranty, Returns, & Exchanges
We take great pride in the Vapur products ("Product(s)") that we sell to our customers and completely stand behind all of our Products and accessories. We know, however, that things can occasionally go awry despite our best efforts.
If you experience any problem with a Product purchased from us and believe it may be covered by our warranty, the following information explains our Product warranty and replacement procedures under our Product warranty.
Subject to the exclusions noted below, Vapur provides a one (1) year warranty for our Products covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of our Product and cannot be transferred to any other party.
Our Product warranty does not cover damage resulting from any of the following: normal wear, alterations, abuse, taking apart of the Product, abrasion, improper care, accidents, prolonged UV exposure, and/or natural breakdown of materials over a prolonged period.
EXCLUDING THE ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY PROVIDED ABOVE, VAPUR, ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR SUPPLIERS, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, DUTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, AGAINST LATENT DEFECTS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability
Vapur's, its affiliates and their suppliers' maximum liability hereunder is limited to incidental damages not to exceed the original purchase price of the Product. VAPUR, ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM AND EXCLUDE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. THIS LIABILITY EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL LEGAL THEORIES UNDER WHICH DAMAGES MAY BE SOUGHT.
How to Request Replacement of Damaged Product Covered by Warranty
To seek replacement of your Product based upon our warranty, please do the following: (i) contact our customer service department at email@example.com; and (ii) if after contacting our service representative, he/she determines that the damaged product may be eligible for replacement under our warranty, you will be requested to package the Product for delivery to the address set forth below.
Upon receipt of the Product (if requested), we, in our sole discretion, will determine if the damaged Product is entitled to replacement under our warranty.

You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the Product to us for replacement under our warranty. If we deem the Product returned by you to us qualifies for replacement under our warranty, we will pay the shipping and handling associated with returning a replacement Product to you.
Vapur is not responsible for any Products sent by you to us in connection with a warranty claim which are lost in the mail. We advise you to insure your package sent to us and get tracking information.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your product ("Product"), and you purchased or received the Product directly from vapur.us, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the Product invoice date. Provided the returned or exchanged Product is returned within this 30-day period and the Product is in "as purchased" condition (as determined at Vapur's sole discretion), we will then issue you either a refund or web-store credit. Restocking fees may apply, unless the Product received was damaged upon original receipt by you or was shipped incorrectly by us. Any Product which is either returned after such 30-day period or is not in an "as purchased" condition, will not be accepted by us unless the returned Product is covered by our Product Warranty.
If you purchased the Product from a retail store or website other than vapur.us, please contact the retailer or website directly for return/exchange policies.
Receipt of Wrong Product
If you received the wrong Product in your shipment, or something is missing from your order from us, please contact our Customer Care Department at firstname.lastname@example.org. To assist us in expediting a prompt resolution of the shipping error, you will be asked to provide (i) your web order number (the 9-digit number on the invoice we sent with your order); and (ii) a description of the incorrectly shipped or missing item. We will then process a replacement shipment as soon as possible and provide return instructions, if applicable.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs unless you received a damaged Product from us or the Product was shipped by us incorrectly. You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been received and a credit or exchange has been processed.
